From Receiving to Container Loading
At origin we receive your cargo, check it against the packing list, label and palletise it, then either consolidate it with other shipments or load it into your container — so what leaves the warehouse is exactly what was booked.
LCL cartons are grouped with other shipments heading the same way, weighed and labelled before the container is stuffed. FCL containers are loaded, sealed and photographed at the warehouse. Export documentation is prepared in parallel, and the loading report reaches you before the container leaves the yard — so there is no gap between what was booked and what actually sails.

One Team Behind Every File
Rates, bookings, customs paperwork and delivery are handled by the same coordinators in Shenzhen. The person who quotes your rate also books the space and follows the cargo to the door, so you are not passed between departments.

A booking only holds up if the cargo arrives exactly as quoted. Every file passes four control points before we close it: cut-off and vessel, documentation, cargo condition at loading, and delivery confirmation.
The checks happen where a mistake is cheap to fix — at the warehouse, before the container is sealed — not at the destination, where a missing document can hold a container for days and storage costs start running.
